Bristol Oyster Festival – Sunday, June 15th

Fishing and harvesting and cultivating oysters is a huge part of Rhode Island’s history. Recently there has been a resurgence in both the health of RI waters and the fishing and aquaculture industry. Join the first annual oyster festival sponsored by DeWolf’s Tavern celebrating this resurgence.There will be a DJ, live music, educational seminars, live auctions, children’s oyster costume pageant, shucking lessons and food, drinks, and other fun festivities all day.
